Sound therapy uses sound frequencies to promote physical, emotional, and

mental well-being. It operates on the principle that everything in the universe,

including our bodies, is in a state of vibration. By using specific sound tools, I can

help to balance and harmonize these vibrations. 

I use tuning forks and a crystal singing pyramid. Tuning forks produce pure tones that can help align and energize the body's chakras and energy pathways. They are especially effective

in releasing tension and promoting relaxation. The crystal singing pyramid, on the

other hand, produces resonant tones that create a powerful, meditative

experience. The vibrations from the pyramid help to clear energetic blockages,

enhance mental-clarity, and deepen the sense of tranquility. 

When combined with Reiki, these sound tools amplify the healing process, creating a deeply

restorative experience for my clients.
